Old sales showing up in my orders

Hi, Maybe someone is tinkering with the back end of Etsy, but today I had 3 open orders show up from 2016! 

I'm not sure if I should cancel them or leave them. 

How do you send a message to admin these days? I am not finding anywhere to send an inquiry.

You can’t cancel without refunding and it’s too late to refund.

Several other sellers have posted about this same issue in the past week. Are your old orders showing as "processing"? I think that was the case with the other seller. Go to your shop manager, help, & contact us to message Etsy directly to see if they can clear it out of your queue.

That's really strange. I just got an old message dated back to 2010 & came to the forums to see if it was happening to anyone else.

Etsy must really be tinkering around today. I just got one of those orders that are being duplicated. At least I was able to contact the buyer to find our she only ordered one!
