There is a technical issue where it seems that listings are being deactivated after a customer purchase. I had to reactivate about 40 of them.

Contact Etsy and let them know. Do you change the quantity before the last one gets sold? That may be why the listings are deactivating.
No there is a bug in the system for sure

Just had this issue myself. A customer messaged me that an item in the cart was no longer there. I had to manually reactivate it. Etsy has really dropped the ball this week. First, we have the processing times not showing right and now this.
