What is going on?? I had an order for a digital download on May 5th that was immediately and automatically marked completed/delivered. Yesterday May 27th it appeared in my open orders. This is the only time I have had a digital download order show up as open, but at the same time it shows 'Delivered' and there's seemingly no way to make it go away. It does not show in the count for my orders either (Ie. under the progress title 'New' it says 2 orders but there are 2 plus this order. I connected to someone via Etsy chat and they said that it appears as open because the buyer only downloaded one of the digital files (they are all the same but saved in different formats ie. svg, png) and that it would not impact my shop's stats.. however this order is just showing up in my open orders 22 days after purchased and it just doesn't make sense to me.
Is this a bug? Will this order stay in my open orders indefinitely? Does anyone know what's happening here? TIA
