Message response rate appears to be incorrect. The overall response rate for the month of May was 100% then it suddently dropped to 91%. First, the customer's message was not received in the inbox until 24 hrs had passed then all of the sudden it was there. The next day a new message was received however two days have not by and the response rate has not updated. Contacted support to ask why the message is not reflected in the response log I was told they cannot modify information. Reason for reaching out to Etsy is to ask why the message is not captured in the total response rate it is not even in the log even though the message is in our in box. Our concern is that it is close to the end of the month and it will impact our Star Seller rating. Could someone please explain why the message is not included or listed in the log and why we did receive the message in our inbox until it had reached the 24 hours. Thanks for the information.
If you have time stamps that show this on your end then relay that information to Etsy. There may be dissonance between what you have and what Etsy sees on their end.
Also if using the app, others have reported delays of messages.
They won’t help you if you mention star seller.
