Hi! Sorry for bogging down the forum with this but the contact us page keeps timing out on me. I keep getting that "Whoopsie!" page.
I have been emailing back and forth with a customer, nailing down the details of the item she wants, and created a new listing for her. I sent her the direct link for the item, she placed her order, and I got hit with an offsite ad fee.
I need someone in support to contact me about refunding that fee.

She still might have clicked on an ad for your shop on Pinterest, Google, or Facebook. How did she find your shop to begin with? I don’t click on any ads in case I decide to buy something from a shop on Etsy. I don’t want to accidentally add extra cost to them for the off site ads.
@BirdhouseStudios222 nobody from support is going to contact you from the Forums. Are you aware of the 30 day rule for Offsite Ad fees? That's one of the bad things about custom orders- you'll never know until after the sale whether or not the customer clicked on an ad within the past 30 days.
You can try to contact Support through the Help Center links at the top of the Forums, but I doubt you will get a refund for this.
You have no idea what browsing she has done in the last 30 days. She could easily have clicked on something else from your shop.
