Star Seller not seeing USPS tracking number on labeled purchased through Etsy

I purchase all my tracking labels through Etsy and everything has a tracking number. Etsy is dropping my "on time" score because It claims I'm shipping without tracking... the order in question literally has a USPS tracking number in the order, I purchased the label through Etsy and it populated normally inside the order like it always does. Anyone else experiencing this?

Never had that problem. You need to contact Etsy.
