Off Site Ads found on Pinterest are all Sold Out.

Hi All,

Has anyone else seen their Off Site Ads sold out on Pinterest? (All my products are in stock and not sold out). I had a chat with etsy and they stated that I needed to contact Pinterest directly. I did try with no luck...! But surely its etsy that is responsible for the Off Site Ads. I know I pay for handsomely for them but I have no control of them. (if I did I would switch them off).

Any ideas?

etsy passes all the info to their partners, they decide what to show as ads, and what not to.

are you sure it is an etsy ad, and not an older pin from a non-ad?

however, bottom line, you only pay, if the customer buys, not if they click or view.

It States its an Etsy Ad, has a Blue tick too.

I went and found your pizza oven grill/tuscan grill on Pinterest and I think it was an Etsy ad? It didn't have your name in the little box at the bottom..when I click it it says "product sold by etsy.com" and when I click visit, it takes me to your listing for that item which was available to purchase.
