Odd results when searching within shop

I often look at my listings / shop from a non-logged in page using a different browser, just to check things out.

Today I'm finding that a lot of listings just don't show up. For instance for one keyword I have 13 listings but on the non-logged in search I only see 9 listings. Another section has 4 listings in it but when I look at this section on the other browser it only shows 1 listing.

I've made sure the country is correct etc, I've removed 'other' from my shipping profile (begrudgingly) but in every section or keyword search I'm seeing fewer listings than I actually have.

Anyone else seeing this?

Also maybe unrelated but I click on my shop dashboard, there's a new section at the top that says '320 active listings' when I actually currently have 485 active listings. In fact I think it is related because that's the same number of active listings (320) shown on the non-logged in browser.

Edit: Just searched for the exact title of one of the 'missing' listings and it's not showing up on the Etsy site at all.

Edit again. I just clicked on the 'view on Etsy' link from my shop manager and I get 'this item is unavailable'.

Edit 3: I just looked up this issue and it seems it may be related to returning from holiday mode and the 'fix' is to deactivate all my listings and activate them again.

When I click on the sections, it is also missing items.

This was happening to another seller either yesterday or this morning.

You are still missing loads of listings, crafting supplies about half your listings are not showing up

Thanks for looking. I've just turned holiday mode on then off as one previous poster has suggested.

If that doesn't work I'll have to try the other fix.

So switching holiday mode on and off again seems to have done the trick. Thanks Etsy, nearly a week with about 30% of my listings not available to purchase.

Yep can see your shop in it's full glory now... Etsy owes you a weeks worth of free listings
