message sending ban
Hello, it's been a week since I opened my store, I haven't sent anyone a message, I haven't spammed anyone, I haven't communicated via message, but I have a message block? I wrote to support and there was no response. Why did the message block occur? How to remove the obstacle?

I you have not tried to send a message how do you know it's blocked?

Are you are getting something like the "Bummer, your messages have been temporarily disabled" message? Not to discount the fact that your messaging may have been disabled in error, generally it is because the system has detected that your account has been sending unsolicited non-transactional messages. While you are waiting for Etsy to reactivate your messaging you may want to read the "Dos and Don'ts of Communicating With Customers" https://www.etsy.com/seller-handbook/article/26590492608
There does not appear to be a published time for how long messaging is muted and based on posts in this forum it can vary.
Again based on other posts, Etsy does not seem to view support requests based on user violations as a priority.
