OTP not send cannot sign in on PC

Hi my gf account cannot sign in to PC bc the 2FA ask for OTP (which surely cannot send the SMS to her bc our number code is (+66) but Etsy somehow change it into (+6)6)

Any help with this, she tried to contact support once. They asked some information but somehow we answered it wrong and we can't go back or redo it bc the support won't answer her anymore. Why Etsy change the phone country code I don't understand at all.

Use one of the backup codes that were sent via email she signed up.

That's the point. she lost it. Any help?

She'll have to ask for new back up codes.  She can contact Etsy and they would probably be able to turn 2fa off for her.
