Not receiving email notifications

I have not been receiving all of my Email notifications when I get orders/ sales or letting me know they are depositing my money?? I checked my account settings and there was a message at the bottom saying they are having trouble sending emails to this email address. This is the same email address I have had on Etsy since I opened my account in 2013, email address is definitely correct. 

 

Anyone else having these same issues?

@AllAboutClass: A quick search would show lots and lots of threads in this forum about issues with app and eMail notifications.

Presuming that the eMail was sent, many bad things can happen after the eMail has left Etsy's eMail server. Your eMail provider or Internet Service Provider or even a relaying server could be blocking the eMail in error and it never even makes it to your eMail client much less your SPAM or junk folder.

"... saying they are having trouble sending emails to this email address." This sounds like your eMails are being bounced as undeliverable. We sometimes see this with buyers, often because 'mailbox is full'.

Again presuming that the eMail was sent and depending on where in the process the eMail was blocked and who your eMail provider is, sometimes whitelisting the sending domain can help.

I am having the same issue in one shop but not another. My email inbox is not full, emails are not going to spam, and this email address has been active for 4 years now with no issues. I checked blocked accounts and etsy is not one of them.

Same here, my other shop is not having any issues at all. I also re-verified my email on Etsy. The strange thing is that I received some of the emails, but not all of them then yesterday it was working fine now today I have not gotten any again. My Email is not full I take care of it daily and they are not in the spam folder either. ????

Over the past few days, I started getting a few emails again, then today only 3 out of the 9 I should have gotten have come through so far?? I am receiving all of the other emails from other places I normally get, just not all the ones that come from Etsy.

Mine stopped in January.  I just make sure to check my shop a few times a day....

If you use gmail, yahoo, hotmail, or any other free email service you will stop getting these from time to time.

They update their security settings and emails from etsy seems to be on the list of sites they look at carefully and sometimes decide to start sending them to spam or simply deleting them.

Mine have been sporadic since last Oct, so coming on a year now. I just go with the flow now.

Yes, I had the same problem which resulted in my first sale being canceled by the buyer.

The buyer did not believe that I had not received notification.

Why would you depend on a flake ass company to notify you of a sale?   It only takes a couple of secs to check your account each day.  It's your sale and your responsibility, not Etsy's.

The buyer might actually have believed you didn't get notified, but thought that was a really lame excuse.

Well now I am having issues.. Etsy says I missed a message from 7 days ago.. YET it was not on my convo page in any category- oh it is on their CVS list-- but it never made it to my actual Etsy inbox.. and I get copies sent to my off site email and it is not there  at all.. Spam/Trash/Inbox.. no where ..The only way I could see it was to follow the link from the CVS..

I am having the same issue--I've had 3 shops for over 10 years and never had this issue until about 2 months ago.  For one shop I'm still getting all the email notifications, but nothing for the other 2 shops.  Have been in a long Etsy Help conversation where they said the emails for those 2 shops were bouncing back to them, so they stopped sending them, assuming those email addresses were no longer valid.  Asked them to begin sending them again, and they said they would, but it's been 2 weeks, and no resolution.  Every time I use Etsy Help I seem to get a new rep who doesn't seem to read the chain and understand what is happening.
