Not being paid

I have not been paid for my past five orders, I have changed bank accounts to try and sort the issue and they said they would make a small deposit which i had to let them know about.  I have still not been paid or received a small deposit.  Cannot seem to get through to anyone to help me.  Any ideas?

If you change your bank account there is an automatic 5 day hold on your money

Check whether your credit card on file is still in date. If it has expired, Etsy will hold your money until it has been updated

Thank you for replying. I have waited well over five days. I changed my bank account as I wasn't being paid through my old account, I am running out of options and going to have to close my account.
