I need help from someone who is able to sort my account unfortunately my account became a mess after opening a ticket.
So I opened a shop on my personal account in order to test the functions, after I was happy about it I created a new email address in order to use it for the shop and created an account on etsy using the new email.
After (my bad) I came to understand that the shop once created the name it will remain on my personal account forever and ever. In the meantime I opened a ticket with support and informed me that they can change my shop email address only if I send them some details related to the shop which I understand, I sent them everything.. however they changed everything, my personal account email address and the shop email address and now I cannot even update/open a ticket on the support page in order to have my issue resolved that is why I am writing here maybe someone can help to fix this issue

@Former_Member: This is a seller peer to peer forum, and should not be considered a way to contact Etsy, if that is your hope (although Etsy does sometimes read and reply to posts). Hopefully one of the admins will see this and forward it on to the appropriate people.

You can change your shop name, if it's available. You won't be able to use the first shop name in the second shop - but you change it a bit, add a number or a letter.
So you are posting from DigiMT now. Open, with one item. What exactly do you want to do?
@PillowDetails Yes it's Open, as I am trying to figure out how am going to fix the issue before I start adding, do you know how to solve my issue? I am trying to change my account back to the original email it says already in use. That I need to fix. And the shop to the email I have for it.
