Star Seller Badge Removed - How to reinstate

Hello everyone!
I had my Star Seller badge removed due to I believe either copyright infractions or selling amber on my Etsy store. Does anyone know if there is any way to get it reinstated? Have you or do you know of anyone who got it removed and got it back somehow? If I do everything right after a certain amount of time, say a year, would that help Etsy reverse their decision? Thank you in advance!

Since you're not sure of the reason, you must not have received an email.

''You may also receive an email from Etsy with details of the policy violation, your account status, and/or badge visibility. If you’ve received an email about your account status, you should respond directly to that email; however, if it is from noreply@etsy.com and you have questions, click Contact support at the bottom of this page.''

I'm not exactly sure why it was removed but it was a permanent removal. So does permanent mean permanent forever or permanent for a long time?

@Beadboat1  Also on that link it says ''If your shop is permanently disqualified from the Star Seller program, it is no longer eligible to receive a Star Seller badge.''

There's a good chance you're out of luck, sorry.

some shops have had the star seller badge permanently removed.

permanent means permanent.

if they had meant temporary... they would have said temporary.

you have had over 1.6 million sales so far... so etsy would not have revoked that badge without a good reason.

did you actually sell things that were infringing?

Mine was permanently removed. Yes, it was either because of amber beads or some random items got copyright strikes on it without me being able to know because they were just random designs without any brand names. Honest mistake on my part because I have no intention of violating any copyrights.
