Not available button edit for bank details

Hello everyone, I really need help!

I am new seller from Indonesia. I open my shop since September 2022 and I got my 1st sale on November 2022. I have problem with verification bank. I did upload my bank details and refference bank on November but didnt get verified until now, I am waiting my funds over 100 days. I tried email and chat with customer support but they say to me to wait wait and they still investigated until oneday they reset my bank and asked me to upload new bank details. The big problem here I cant edit because the button edit not available, I did clearing the cache on my browser, sign out then sign in back and try again and still not availabe. I email again the etsy team and they say there's problem with the engineering team. I already wait almost 2 weeks for all these problem I just cant say anything. I really mad and dissapoint :(( Any someone have the same problem?

I have the same issue. I have been contacting them nearly 1 month. There is no Edit button to change bank details. Unfortunately I pay their fees and postage fees for the sales but not receiving payment from them. Customer service team is useless as they don’t respond to our problem. I have sent screenshots to prove this as well. They say go to payment settings and edit bla bla. Without edit button you can’t change your bank details. But they don’t understand this at all. I am very dissatisfied and disappointed.

Hello, untill now I cant edit my bank details. Over 4 months Etsy hold my funds

Did you first go to old bank details? Be sure they all match, your name and your account. Then there should be a pencil icon to add another bank. Fill in those details. After new bank details are saved, then you can delete old bank information. I hope this process works for you.

Hello, the problem is about edit button details bank not available. I cant upload my bank documents.

1: I find it surprising that certain sellers are having trouble editing their bank details, the hackers do not seem to have a problem doing so 

2: weelcapsforyou - there could be a reason why Etsy is not assisting you. Your shop has no legal return policies in place, no privacy policies, you are reselling (these items are not handmade), do you have permission from Volkswagen & Seat to sell these items?

Customers can claim a refund for up to year after the purchase date without the above mentioned policies in place, Etsy is fully aware of this and they also have the right to hold your money for as long as they require, whether it is putting your account on a reserve or lack of assistance getting your account verified to enable you to withdraw funds

Keep contacting support by replying to the email from Etsy. Don't start a new help request. Try sending screen shots showing that there is no edit button on your bank details page.

Agreed, Etsy really does need to provide customer service for buyers and sellers it is unacceptable that this is lacking for many. Have you tried their call back service?

then I do not know what to suggest. But if they have been holding your money for 4 months, I would be visiting a lawyer not a Forum

But surely if it just a case of your bank details, send them a detailed email and keep replying "I still need help" until a real person replies
