Hi, Etsy put my shop in vacation mode due to identity verification. My verification has been successfully completed, but I am unable to turn off vacation mode. I have submitted a complaint to Etsy repeatedly, but I still have not received a response. Can someone suggest what I should do?

Re: Not able to turn of vocation mode
@kookasa You can't turn it off, only Etsy can. If it's a verification glitch, the forum moderators have been escalating to a specialist team. I don't know if they still are doing this, but you may want to ask whoever is working this hour. Sending repeat complaints will not help.

Re: Not able to turn of vocation mode
Your business is based on trademark infringement, which is extraordinarily shaky ground. Etsy provides many resources for learning about intellectual property. Perhaps take this down time for research and change of business plan.

Re: Not able to turn of vocation mode
I'm sorry, I can't help you with the vacation mode. Etsy will turn it off when they are ready.
According to your About section, you sell 'a handpicked range of top-quality products'.
Etsy only allows products which are designed/made by the seller (plus vintage or craft supplies).
While you are waiting and before you go any further, I suggest you find out what can be sold on Etsy. Also learn about Intellectual Property and how it will affect your business on and off Etsy.
