Someone Else's Video in My Listing

Another seller's video has showed up in one of my listings. This is not the first time that this has happened. I contacted Etsy the first time awhile back and never heard back. I just sent an email, but wanted to post this on the forums in case anyone else is having this issue. And hopefully someone from Etsy's administration will forward this as well. I also changed my password as a precaution. I mostly think this is some kind of glitch hopefully.

In the same style, It reminds me of a seller who realized that her avatar had been replaced by an unknown photo (without her doing anything)

Etsy does not appear to be renaming videos to some random name like they do with images, so it could be naming clash and / or an indexing problem. There is an old thread about this issue at https://community.etsy.com/t5/Technical-Issues/Inappropriate-video-somehow-replaced-my-listing-item-...

Can you delete it? And put back your own?

Same issue here, a random video from another shop is appearing on my listing. I’ve reported it to Etsy support. 

I tried reverse image searching the video, but haven't been able to pinpoint the shop based on the content...

@MidnightFlight: Does the "incorrect" video have the same file name as yours?

Etsy does not appear to be renaming videos to some random name like they do with images, so it could be naming clash and / or an indexing problem. When you name your video files, try making them unique (prepend with shop name, for example).

@BagmakerSupply No, I'll keep that in mind, but the random video is IMG_4402.mp4, while the original video is IMG_7248.mp4

I noticed last night that Etsy ads on Pinterest have photos and descriptions swapped out too.  I saw one of my images with a description that didn't match, and when clicked, went to another seller's listing.  Later I came across another of my listings, but it had the description for the one I'd seen earlier, and it went to that other listing of mine.  Hey, at least that one was my listing!  I think the AI has gone rogue.
