Not able to sign into my account today, Help!

I am having problem signing into my account via desktop computer today -  " an error has occurred,  please try again!" I have tried alot of time but still the same issue.

Where can I get help? Anyone who know please help. Thanks!

You know, we often wonder why sales are down.  There are a multiple number of reasons, but surely this doesn't help.  And you know there are Buyers out there who are experiencing the same thing.  We can't afford to lose them.

I had the same problem.  Tried a different device then started back working.

Yes, my mother called me less than 2 hours ago that she couldn't log into our shared shop. After I gave her several suggestions, I went to the forums and saw posts that its a problem with the website, the issues are not on her end.

Meanwhile, my two devices that are still logged in (never logged out) are having zero problems.

I can log into my account a few hours after I post this message. Do not know what is the issue, it just fixes itself.
