LOGIN BROKEN - FOR SECURITY PURPOSES...

When trying to login I get this message, For security purposes, please let us know you're a human, but it is just text with no image or button to push nothing to enter. The sign in button becomes grayed out so you can not push it again. Tried multiple times and same thing over and over. Called the OLD Etsy phone number which is now a recording that tells you how to contact ETSY online. That info/link is also broken "OOPS". Reached out to ETSY by email. Sent them three screen shots too. Had to find a "different" subject in the HELP section because there is no "Login-Broken" to ask for help with. No chat option, no call option, no help with this problem header. What do you do when the ETSY log-in system fails over and over? BTW I run the most updated version of Firefox (browser) and the most current Windows 10 update.

Try clicking the refresh button. When I have had this happen and I refresh the page, I am magically logged in without having to do the captcha or trying to log in again (I have had both problems in the past but at this point in time things are behaving. I use the same browser and OS.)

Refresh button failed. In the past I did that too but now refresh did not work.

Try another browser, clearing your cache, rebooting your device and router. It sounds like a device issue.

I've tried on different browsers and different things that Have worked the past couple of weeks, But tonight nothing is working.....

There is usually a blue box before the text, you have to click it.

Look for extensions in Firefox?  It may be your version of Windows 10.  Are you running Windows 10 on an old computer?  The older the computer and the newer Windows is the likelihood of problems. 

Just some ideas.

What "extension" does FF offer to address the ETSY login system failure? Updated the Windows 10 to the latest version 24 hours ago. No choice, Windows forced this to happen.

You guys who are responding to this thread, have you tried signing in and out of your account?  I am also having the same issues signing into my accounts. This is troubling as I'm trying to print shipping labels!!

After leaving my suggestion above, I started having the problem again and refresh from the Etsy home page did not work. Luckily if I logged into the forums and refreshed when I got the something is wrong red banner, I was now logged in and could click the Etsy button at the top to go to Etsy shopping from the forums. 

It is difficult for people to shop if they want to from their account and can't log in.

Same for me. More and more threads popping up about this. I am using Safari on all if my devices, all updated so I am pretty sure it is on Etsy’s end and I would bet it is also affecting buyer’s accounts as well. This has been going on for weeks now.

Had this problem today also and said the site was down. So refreshed the page all was fine amazing. Techies or bots or both need a tune-up or just not with it. I see some more fun times of nothing working properly with another site up-date. Nothing but soooo many glitches in everywhere and everything you try to do on site in past months.

 I "atted" the Admin who is in Technical Issues.  To alert the Technical Team and provide a fix for this).
Just too many glitches.
