Not able to print up shipping labels

When I choose to print shipping labels everything is missing. Weight, package size, cant even choose how to ship out. Adding that none of my presets are there for an option. This is something that has popped up as an issue today. I mail out everyday. Nothing new was changed.

Having the exact same issue.  None of the shipping info is auto-populating.  Just chatted with support - "I'll forward your issue to the support team".  Ugh!

I had a lengthy "Chat" this morning with Etsy about this ongoing issue, and there was obviously a language barrier with the rep who's written responses to me were in broken English. She told me I would have to get my shipping labels from another source, and when I convinced her that I'm able to print the labels after manually entering the package weight and dimensions, she then suggested that my shipping settings were incorrect. I explained that this issue only started on Friday, that it's happening to many other Etsy shop owners, and it isn't my settings. She politely suggested it was operator error. I finally asked her to simply refer our entire string of messages with one another to an Etsy technician who could address the issue. Argh!

Glad to see that things might be returning to normal.

Get the feeling this was somehow tied to adjustments that were needed to the tracking part of labels.

But I wonder, how many shipping labels might have had errors? My hubby is notorious for transposing numbers in any length sequence. Hope anyone with his tendencies triple checked their labels before printing.

Still not working for me.  I have to manually enter the shipping information and it is a pain in the butt!
