Not able to change available quantity on listing

I have a customer who is trying to purchase multiple items on a listing, but there is only 1 available.  I have tried to update the quantity, but when I click on "publish" it just keeps loading (spinning circle), and it never publishes.....the funny thing is that when I go back to my listings in my shop manager, it shows the updated quantity there, but when you actually go into the listing, it's still just showing 1, and the customer says she can't order more than 1.

@divinestampings  Listings over $20 need to be added to cart, then select the quantity (In Etsy's eternal wisdom).  Could that be it?  Surely you've encountered this before.  Something else?  Which listing?

Try using a different browser. Or clear all your Etsy cookies and log in  again. If you are trying to change it from the Listing page, try doing it from the frontend of the store. Each listing should have an Edit link at the top when you are logged in. Are you using mobile or a tablet? Try using a desktop computer.

I've tried 2 different browsers on my desktop....and I tried on my phone....same result.....won't load.

The customer can't update the quantity in the cart because there is only 1 available, and I can't change the listing to show more available.
