Not able to access my listing

Hi !

From last two days I am facing some sort of technical issues in my shop. They are as follows:

1. After getting two orders from two customers separately , the shop view is showing 2 listings count in less but it is renewed as usual process. The order is of the same listing happened.

2. On clicking that listing in a new window, it is giving a message saying “ This listing is not available in your region “ showing 150 listings.

3. On counting the number of listings in the individual sections, I am get the correct 152 listings.

4. Now clicking on any listing may show the exact listing or shows the listing in editing view . If tries to edit the listing and publish the same , results in showing the message “ This listing is not available in your region “ .

what is exactly happening.

The ''item is unavailable'' problem is usually because the seller hasn't enrolled in India Payments.  Follow the directions on this page:

How to Accept Payments as a Seller in India – Etsy Help

Buyers in other countries can purchase from your shop.  Buyers from India will see the listings once you enroll in Payments.
