Put a picture of your face in your profile picture. That along with your About statement are your two best tools to make customers trust you when you have no reviews.
Your titles are keyword stuffed, which will lower your ranking in the search engines. The listing I looked at had Earrings in the title 5 times. Customers are also less likely to click on a title that just looks like a long list of keywords. Don't forget you are writing for shoppers, too.
Same in your tags. You used earrings in 9 out of 10 tags. The Etsy search engine pulls from two or more tags to match what was searched for, so that is just a waste of space you could have used for more keywords to be found on. Just put earrings in one tag, then put other words that could be paired with earrings in other tags. Tags don't even need to be keyword phrases as long as one can be made by combining it with something else in another tag. That way you could easily get four or five extra keywords in there. Also, you only used 10 of your available tags.
Use all 13 tags you are allowed and fill each tag as close to the maximum 20 characters allowed. Don't just guess, use a keyword research tool to help you find keywords that are actively searched for.
You can't rely just on Etsy for traffic. You need to bring some of it in on your own, too, whether that is working social media, promoting on your own website, or having a newsletter of your own, or paid advertising.
Jewelry, especially beadwork, is highly competitive. You need a lot more than 30 products to be found often. I'd try to get that up to at least 100. Active shops that are adding products regularly tend to get more traffic.
