Cant complete my orders after shipping.

I cannot complete my order after shipping. The pop up window is not opening. Is anyone else facing the same issue?

I'm in Canada and currently have an open order.  I am able to access the shipping form without issue, but I haven't actually tried printing it yet.

Etsy has apparently made changes to shipping labels for shops located in India. But when the changes were made, something must have happened, since you are not the only one facing this problem.

You will need to contact Etsy to get your problem fixed.

I've seen about 3 posts now from sellers in India who are having the same issue. You will need to contact Etsy Support directly for help.
