No sharing via Social Media possible

Hi although i am connected to instagram i do not get a push notification from the seller app when i want to use the function share via instagram 

There is nothing on my mobilphone

I've being having this issue for ~9 months. the sharing to instagram worked with the old etsy app, since we are on the new etsy app, the sharing to instagram does not work. sharing to twitter doesn't work for me either.

I've been reporting this issue to etsy support since jan 2023, nobody seems to care.

Chances are you have received no help from Etsy because others are not experiencing the same issue.  It sometimes takes many having the same issue before Etsy will offer a fix or change.

And if you have reported  more than once but did not reply to their first response back that the problem is continuing, Etsy just closes the threads thinking they are solved.

I noticed that I can only share on certain social media when I’m using my iPad, I can share on other social media when I’m using my MacBook, and then I can share on other social media when I use my iPhone. Each device allows the different social media. I don’t know why. I also noticed that things behave differently, depending on which browser you use.
