No response from customer service after several attempts

I have tried using the customer service form several times to assist with this issue.  I need to change my email address because I have been locked out of that email account.  Therefore, I cannot access the security code being sent to that email address.  I am looking for assistance with other options on how to get my e-mail address updated.  Thank you!

Do you have chat available.  That is one thing they can help with.

Are you using contact us under Help in shop manager?  Find something close to your issue.  Look for a 'I still need help'  Send email.  Tell Etsy what you need.  The first reply back may be generic so you will need to send again that email.

Don't keep sending the form.

I messaged Etsy back in February regarding scammers operating on their website, and got absolutely no response. I have contacted them more recently as the scammers prompted me to change all my logins, however I have forgotten the password to my email and cannot redirect it. I messaged them a week ago and nothing. This is really not very good.

I do feel UK sellers are out on a limb. No customer service. No concessions for postage, yet they don't like you booking couriers away from their site which is more cost effcetive. When I have, my account funds have been partially suspended for a 40 day period. There is no bridging the gap between the UK and US (and the rest of the world) like other major selling platforms do.

contact your e-mail provider, they should have a system like etsy, for getting into your e-mail when you have forgotten the password.

when you set up 2FA, etsy would have given you a list of 10 authentication codes, you could use in an emergency - use one of those.

for funds to be released, you have to ship with tracking that aftership recognises, they do recognise many couriers

evri, dpd, ups, etc

....

the US don't get any better service than us, we race to the bottom together

they can get better rates for USPS with pirateship, rather than use Etsy labels

I've got a similar problem with my other shop, I'm locked out of it because Etsy want me to reset my password but my email linked to that shop is not receiving the reset password links.  I've been talking to Etsy via a different email account but they don't seem to understand which shop is the issue and I can't contact them via the help pages in the other shop because I'm locked out of it.  Going round in circles and I'm not totally convinced the emails I'm getting from Etsy are from real people.  I hope you get yours sorted out because I'm having no luck whatsoever.
