No option to “Add a listing"

Hi everyone, 

I haven’t listed anything in approx. 5 years. However, I have had my Etsy shop since 2008.  I have built up some inventory that I’d like to start selling again, however, I don’t see the “Add a listing” option under listings. Could this be because of the time between listings? Or has anyone else had this issue and could direct me on how to fix this?

The layout of different sections and options have changed a few times in the last five years.

Go to your Dashboard > Listings page and in the top right hand corner should be the '' + Add a listing'' button.  Is it missing for you?

Are you trying to add a listing while on the app?
