No message showing

I have just logged into my account to answer some messages. I get a preview of the message in the message list, however when I click to read the new message page is completely blank. I have tried this on several different browsers ( iPad and laptop) but with the same outcome. Is anyone else experiencing this issue? I am concerned that I have a limited time to answer this before I get penalised on my Star seller.

Can I just add when I type in a reply stating I cannot see message and to resend, this is also not vsible.

Try resetting your modem. It might be a page loading problem.
