No longer able to ADD new progress steps

Since Etsy is no longer providing accurate estimated delivery dates, I’ve been trialling a new workflow. I started holding back on marking orders as "complete" even after they've been dispatched. This way, the estimated delivery date shown to the customer is a bit more realistic when I finally mark the order as completed — it's not perfect, but it helps a little.

However, I’ve just noticed the “Add” button seems to have disappeared from the 'customise progress steps' modal window. Anyone else spotted this or know where it’s gone?

I can still see it on my desktop 
I hope its just a glitch and they are not testing this because I feel it is a good feature

Just to confirm — more for my own sanity than anything else — when you go to the Orders and Delivery page and click the little pencil icon (the edit button), does the modal window that opens to customise the progress steps still show the Add Step button?

Also, if you don't mind me asking - which browser are you using?
