Etsy Store Displaying Wrong Number of Sales

I noticed that my shop is showing the wrong number of sales.

I initially got two orders, and the shop correctly showed 2 sales. After that, I received a third order that was canceled, and then a fourth order which went through.

According to this Etsy help article, the sales number should include both open and completed orders — meaning I should currently see 3 sales in total (since canceled orders don’t count).

However, my shop is only showing 1 sale right now. The correct numbers do appear under “Stats,” but not on the public-facing sales count.

Any idea why this might be happening?
