I have worked really hard to get 100% star seller. Finally! But Etsy says two of my orders were dispatched late and they were not. Orders 2457092826 and 2458868737 were dispatched 1 business day later, well within the dispatch time and I want this rectified so that I get 100% on time dispatches.
Hello @ThingsNiceTreasures,
As a seller shipping from the UK, please note that you need to add a tracking number on physical orders that have a total value of £10 and above for them to count positively towards your Star Seller. To get a closer breakdown of your orders that were counted as late, you can download the CSV file by going to your Shop Manager dashboard > Star Seller dashboard page > selecting the On-time shipping & tracking tile > selecting the ‘Export’ link next to ‘Order breakdown.
Thank you very much!
Etsy does not read this Forum. You will need to contact them through email. Did you check the tracking details? It could be that they were not scanned in immediately by the shipper.

Thanks. Etsy did correct it for me.
Hi how did they correct it? I have the same issue, but I don't know how to contact them to fix it.

@ThingsNiceTreasures When did you ship? Have you checked the CSV file? Our experience is that the CSV file is often behind reality. Make sure that the shipped date, tracking number and shipping company show correctly on the actual order. Etsy relies on a third party vendor for tracking and often recent shipments are not correctly / timely updated. Our experience is that after a day or two the CSV file correctly shows tracking and shipment status.
But I would be more worried about using the Apple name in my listings. The bots love to go after listings with brand names. If you have permission from Apple to use their name you should clearly state so in your listing.
