tracking # not transmitting with 3rd party shipping service

Hi All,

I know Esty's API has been problematic lately but is anyone else receiving errors with a 3rd party shipping service (Easypost for me) with tracking being transmitted back to Etsy?

Did you fix the connection to the 3rd party app/site/integration? My understanding was that all integrations were broken sometime on Tuesday not just some of them and most will need to be reconnected or have the connection updated etc. It just depends on the integration and how they need things fixed. Maybe contact them and find out how to fix your connection.

Yeah, I checked with them first and of course the pass the buck back to Etsy. Thanks for the link! I will review it.
