No cha ching sound today!

Happy to have a few sales, however I've noticed that the cha Ching sound is not working today. The only way I knew I had a sale was from the email. Is this happening to anyone else?

Mine disappeared when they got rid of the orange app. Gone for weeks. Still getting sales thank goodness. I think someone said once upon a time to Uninstaller and reinstall the app and check your phone's allowed notifications. Not sure. Haven't tried to get it back yet.

I have to update it often - lost the sonunds/cha-ching just this past week.

I was on Vaca mode, so I  didn't  care.  Yesterday I checked, and an update was available.   That did it!

Any time I lose mine, I check for updates - that almost always is the case.

Go to the app store,(Google playstore if Android) it should already show you have  the app and you'll see an update button.

Where do I check for updates for the cha ching sound?  I have to keep checking and it upsets me when I can't immediately respond to a buyer.  I feel as though it is good customer service to respond to a sale ASAP.

@CWdesignsGifts  I have an automatic message that goes out when I get a sale. You can write one if you go to shop manager > settings > info and appearance. Etsy says " We include this message on receipt pages and in the email buyers receive when they purchase from your shop."
