Not coming up in Google US, but India, Australia, Canada yes. What gives?

My wife did a search for "Mark Gilvey in Etsy". We live in the US, but for some reason, the SERP includes me in India, Australia and Canada but not in the use. Has anyone else seen this? I've been an Etsy seller since April 2023, in case that has any bearing. I know this might seem like a Google issue, but what the heck! I smell Ork mischief!

@MarkGilveyPhoto: Etsy has a number of "national" pages, but how, where, and when Google indexes you is strictly a Google issue dependent on, among other things, which pages they crawl and index and when.
