No Response to September Shutdown

Suspended into Holiday mode in September, I haven't been able to get more than AI Bot response since then. I uploaded a Drivers License but could not edit one small detail due to no function available. All information seemed to good otherwise, no indication of what else may be wrong?! So here I sit, expecting to lose monies owed (346.54) from Sept.- which I call theft- in the face of no seller service. 

For other Canadian sellers- do not surrender your SIN# as that is private information. As a registered Corporation, you have the Business number and a GST# already. Who knows where your SIN could end up- China, India, Musk??
