I keep getting an error page when requesting a call back ("Error Please refresh this page and try again") and there is no response to the help chat. I had two orders allow a customer to upgrade to Priority shipping for just over a dollar. I cannot get any response when trying to access help to fix the issue. Can anyone shed any light on how I get a response from Etsy Support? Also tried the request from a different browser and on the Etsy Sellers app... no response there, either.
The buyer can only pay what you have set up for shipping
For the Chat issue, you will need to open an email ticket under whatever topic you can find and tell them your Chat is frozen. It took me about a day to get it fixed when it happened to me.

Etsy will have to deal with the shipping problem, but you may have to wait until enough people report it.
Thanks for the help! I've tried opening a new help request; they all kick me back to request a call or to chat (which is been unfruitful today and yesterday). I replied to an old help request BEGGING for someone at support to help. No response yet. Thank you SO MUCH, though.

Do any Etsy moderators see this? Can they please help? These orders ship tomorrow, and the amount of money I have received for the order means I would lose money on these orders if I ship them Priority Mail.
