Can't apply my listing to digital files.

Hi! My Etsy won't let me change my listing to digital files. When I click apply, it's not working.

@PeriwinklePlans: Are you experiencing this using the Etsy app (on which operating system) or via mobile browser or desktop browser (which browser and operating system)?

Have you also updated all of the other relevant fields?

@PeriwinklePlans  they are listed as digital. What makes you think they are not?

Sometimes edits made to listings takes a little while to show the actual changes.  Be sure to clear your computer / phone browser cache for the most up to date views ... or view them in incognito mode (private mode).

I'm having the same issue. If I select digital file, I can select the item was made by me, however none of the other fields are there and I can't continue (the button doesn't work). If I cancel, it takes me to a physical product listing where I cannot upload the digital file. 

I've contacted support and they haven't gotten back to me after I sent a video. I've also done all the other usual fixes like logout / log back in, incognito mode, clearing cache and cookies, etc. 

I've had this issue before for brief amounts of time like a few hours or a day, but it's been a couple weeks now and I still don't have a resolution.
