No Processing Time Calculating affecting Star Seller but it is selected in the custom shipping info

I have a cake charm listing that is negatively affecting star seller status because it shows 'no estimated ship time' when someone purchases the listing. I just checked and while it isn't associated with a shipping profile like I initially thought it was, the listing itself has a processing time selected of 3-5 business days in the custom shipping info inside of the listing. It is showing that I have 4 (maybe 5 as it was ordered again today) listings that aren't shipped on time even though they were shipped in like 1-2 business days from receiving the orders. Is this going to continue happening until I associate the listing with the shipping profile? I don't mind changing it but I didn't want to mess with it until someone had a chance to take a look at the issue.

Etsy changed this to a peer to peer support forum a while ago so it's just us sellers here trying to help eachother. If you need help from etsy support you will have to contact them directly.

When I look at the listing it says "This will be made just for you! Prep time varies. Contact the shop to find out when it will ship." which usually only shows up when there is no processing time set for the listing. So even if it looks like it has one on your end when you look at the public view of the listing it is not showing a processing time. I would just link it to a shipping profile so you don't have to bother with it anymore.
