I don't know if it has anything to do with eh API issues the other day, but tracking is no longer submitting from any POD company to Etsy. I've submitted tickets with them as well, but since it's literally happening with all of them, I have to ask here as it's probably an Etsy problem. Please advise.
Also, Integrations should be a label you can choose....
Did you update/reconnect them all after the outage last week? Each POD provider sent out emails with instructions on how to reconnect each of them. I didn't receive one of them but quick tech chat with the printer they sent directions. (it's faster and easier to get help from the printer than from etsy usually)
Yes, as orders have been going through successfully. Tracking isn't.
Orders are going through. Tracking is not. All of my shops are synched correctly.
I resynced my printful, order just went out in the last 24 hours and tracking got imported.
Not me. Like I said, I am synched and orders are importing. Tracking isn't exporting.
