Newly listed items not showing in shop

I have just listed an item and it does not appear in my shop. Where did it go? In my listings manager it shows that it is active, but it does not show up in my shop.

I'm having the exact same problem with the shop I just opened. I only have one item and when I search for my shop it says "no items listed"! Help!

I've just renewed 3 items, and they are not showing in my shop either! They're being counted in total items, and I've been charged for listing them, but they're not there. I tried refreshing and visiting my shop in a different browser, so I was on Etsy's end, and I'd say this confirms it.

someone else posted this thread today and they are having the same problem…

i suggest reaching out to etsy and alerting them of the problem.

or try this link or this link to email them. 

if you do email them you *should* get an automated reply and once you do, you must reply to that email above the line of asterisks that their automated best guess solutions did not work. all you have to say is something like “i still need help” and it should stay active.
