New processing profile field disappeared from listing variations

I don't know how long this has been going on. I went to update the processing profile and stock on a listing with variations and noticed the processing profile field had vanished. I cannot see the option in setting up the variations to toggle it on and off either, nor is it anywhere else on the listing page. The shop back end still show the processing profile settings.

My latest order also had the wrong processing time, based I think on the shipping profile, like before.

I spent a day assigning processing profiles to my variations and I really, really hope the information isn't lost...

Etsy backtracked on that. They sent all sellers an email

Thank you. I missed that email. 

I have a lot of changes to un make...  

It was a feature I had been requesting for years and I went full steam and adapted my listings for it.

I'm assuming they will reimplement this new feature after they work out all the bugs. Which you'd think would've been debugged before going live in the first place, but it is Etsy! I feel bad for the sellers who did all that editing
