It shows a new order in the dashboard, shows the order paid for but the order says Order #%2$s and does not show up on my order page.
@ButterflyFeetDigital In the Thread you posted, Seller AraAraExpress said she was told engineers were aware of the problem, and there is no known timeframe in regards to a fix. There has not yet been any sort of Announcement in Technical Issues either. I believe one is greatly needed.

Did you receive any reply from Etsy on this? I had an order, I received a notification both by email and on the app, I can see the transaction on the Activity summary but there is no order on the order's list

I suspect that (just guessing) the transaction failed to process but if that was the case then the order should have been removed by Etsy.
Check on your 'Completed orders' page and see if it's been moved there.
I received cha-chings & emails for both of the phantom orders not showing up.
On my missing order, not only did I receive an order confirmation email will all of the order details I have also been paid for the order in my Etsy Payment Account. So the customer has fully paid for their order. However, it will not allow me to refund from the payment account and goes to the Uh Oh page when I click on the order number. I am going to go ahead and ship the order as I have all the info. I just can't mark the order as complete or shipped.
In processing?
I received the email confirmation of a sale with an order number. Clicking on the order number brought up an Uh-oh, a stitch has gone awry page. The order showed for a few hours in my activity in shop manager, but clicking on the link didn't go anywhere. So I went to my orders and shipping pages, and it didn't show up at all - not in completed, not in processing. So, I looked in Finances. The order shows as paid, but with only one of the usual fields (taxes) showing the same order number as the email. One field shows #%2$s I contacted support through chat and was told it was still processing. 48 hours later, per their instruction, I contacted them again to let them know it had not been resolved. That chat ended - timed out - when I was trying to get a screen shot for them. I'm a little tired, I think they should figure it out themselves.
I am having the same issues. I have 2 orders that aren't showing up. I got a cha-ching, the order processed - the money is even showing in my available for deposit, and I got emails for both orders but it's not showing up in the "new order" section - but it does show up in the left-hand side where it says "orders and shipping" under the shop manager but nothing showing up in the right spot. I have 2 orders now overdue because I have no way to mail these orders. I've been calling Etsy daily about this for a week now and NOTHING has been done.

Just a thought - when you are on your New Orders page, is the filter on the right set to "ALL" ? Since it's next to the scroll bar, it's possible you hit one of the other options, like "overdue".
Especially @CynthiasCraftShack - if you are seeing it in your Payment Account, and everywhere but the Orders page - wondering if it's a simple mistake like this?
Yes, it's on ALL orders.
It's a glitch in their system and apparently, they can't figure it out. I give them the order number from the email I got for the order and when they put that order in it's not pulling up because it's not displaying the orders correctly. The glitch is doing this to order numbers:
That's how its appearing and not showing up. I've taken screen shots of the emails for the orders and inside the processing/transactions screens of those orders and sent it to them.
Nothing has been fixed. I've had this issue for a week now with these 2 orders. I've called everyday requesting an update of some kind and they have nothing. As of this morning those orders are overdue and I have no way to contact the buyers or purchasing shipping labels.

Hi ButterflyFeetDigital - I am wondering how on earth you managed to chat with them I have found them inpossible to contact. I have a similar problem to yours may I ask how you were able to contact them? - Liz
Go to that link then I click on "selling on Etsy" then click "managing my orders" then "contacting a buyer" then click "I Still need help" then you'll see an option for them to call you - put your phone number in there and they'll call you back pretty quick

There is a tiny black box on the bottom right side of Shop Dashboard. Click on it to start a chat. I also have followed the path help/contact, but sometimes I can't seem to get to actually being able to request help.
@CynthiasCraftShack If you still have the emails, it shows the Buyer's user name. Paste that into this Etsy person search, and you should get their profile, and contact them that way, to at least let them know what is going on!

I'm sending the orders through Pirateship, then IF/WHEN Etsy finally figures it out and is able to fix it or whatever, I'll just plug the tracking #'s in to show they've been shipped. I will contact buyers that way, thank you - I didn't realize the user name was there in the email but you're correct. All I was seeing was their name & mailing address but I missed that it also has their user names. I'll send them their tracking numbers from Pirateship that way and let them know what's going on with Etsy. Thank you!
My payment account is showing that I had 3 Auto-Renew Sold transactions of $0.20 and my Etsy page has shown my sales increase by 3, however, I never received any notifications of a sale, nothing is in my orders and I didn't receive any payments yet. Nothing is showing as processing either. They just deducted my account for the Auto-renews. Very strange and hoping that maybe the notification and payment is just delayed? Happen to anyone else?
I have had this exact issue today. So annoying. Anyone contacted the buyer to see if they did actually try and place an order?

I agree, it still isn't fixed in my orders, there should at least be an announcement about it. At least they know and are working on it.
