Etsy Phone number code verification issue

Hi! I have changed my phone number and no longer have the old one, while i was trying to change my phone number so i can log in on other devices, through the account settings i cannot access it because it is asking me to sign in with the security code, is there any way I can change the phone number, or turn off the 2 step verification WITHOUT it asking me to verify with a code?

UPDATE* Now I can't even access my whole account without it asking me to sign in, somehow I got signed out

@BobaTeaStudio: You will have to contact Etsy - if there was a way to do what you want anyone who hacked into your account could change things.

Did you download the backup codes for two factor authentication (2FA) at the time you set up the 2FA? If yes, use of one of those to log in.

No Unfortunately  they did not offer/show the backup codes when I created my shop
