New listing experience / old listing experience is frustrating

I just want to make several observations.  First, you can't contact Etsy by clicking Contact Us.  You just get into an endless loop that leads you back to your home page. That's not good service to your selling team.

The new listing experience is frustrating, but I am slowly learning it.  You can teach an old dog new tricks.  It works best if one is creating a new listing from scratch and I really really like the drag and drop feature on adding photos.  You guys did this one right.  There seem to be a lot of needless steps on adding variations, compared to the old way - takes longer and lots of filling in here, then going over there and filling on over there.  The old way had one doing all of that at once on one place.  And I like the default quantity setting of one in the old way. Also, the tab key does not work to move you from one field to another in the variations. (such as from price to quantity)

I come to this page (forums) because I just wasted an hour today and that's an hour I can't get back.  I will have to try again tomorrow because I am out of time today.  I had an offer, and I edited it in the old way and added a lot of photos, and descriptions, and variations.  (Editing an existing offer is vastly easier in the old way. Or it used to be.)  Then (surprise) there was no place for SKUs on the variations (I can live without that but it's inconvenient) and no way to link photos to the variations - that had been removed.  There was a button marked "looking to add photos? That has been moved to the new way."  What they do not tell you is if you click that button you will lose all your changes.  So now I have to redo all that work.
