Unable to sign In Into my shops.

Hello

I am having trouble logging into my shops.  When I try to sign in it says " ERROR HAS OCCURED! PLEASE TRY AGAIN" i have tried multiple times in my computer and even in the new etsy app no luck. It happened right after I got the new Etsy App. It's also weird before that the 'I"M NOT A ROBOT" always pops up to match images.

Any advise or solutions please let me know , at this point I'm frustrated .

The same thing is happening over and over with me too. 

Did you get any advise how to get rid of it....SOOOOOOOOOO frustrated with Etsy.
