I am a new ETSY seller, and opened up a shop over 2 weeks ago, probably going on 3 weeks now. ETSY has put my shop in vacation mode with the following message:
"Your shop will stay in Vacation Mode while we review your infoThis means you won't be able to receive new orders until we finish verifying your info (which usually takes up to 48 hours after you uploaded your document). No need to do anything else right now—we'll reach out if we need more details from you."
There is no additional information to upload on my end. I have added all tax information and bank account which ETSY has already withdrew listing fees.
Emailed support over 10 days ago, no response!
