New Listing Form - Pattern Posting

Hi All,

I cannot see on the new listing form where you check to post on Pattern site as well as Etsy?  The old form has it right at the top. Because of this I have been using the old form, but see that option is running out for me.

Can someone please tell me what I am missing?

Based on other posts in this forum, Etsy seems to have essentially abandoned Pattern.

Same issue for me. As a result, I keep using the old listing form.  So frustrating!

Even though I'm no longer using Pattern, I've been trying to find out an answer to this question.  So far, I haven't found one.  I would definitely be on Chat and be asking about this if I was still on Pattern.  They forget about Pattern, so you have to remind them.

Same - I opened a chat and asked this question and was told that option was going away, but the representative could not tell me how we should handle it going forward.  I have requested a call back to speak with someone to better understand.  I don’t want to keep paying for Pattern if there is no way to manage those listings.

@myohmi45  Hi Carrie, There has been an addition to the Announcement re: the New Listing Form. Pattern is one of the things Etsy addressed.

I've mentioned this regularly and often since the new form appeared months ago. Now, with a month left they might do something. about it.  Sooner or later, they are going to abandon Pattern altogether.

Pattern is not addressed in this update that I can see. What am I missing.

In the update part, it states:

We’ve passed this feedback onto our team and are happy to share that by June 25 you will be able to:

• Add manual translations to your listing

• Enable your listing to appear on your Pattern site

• Edit a private, custom listing in the new form

• See and edit all listing states (e.g., inactive or expired listings) in the new form

The other day someone said that while in shop manager if you switched platforms from Etsy to Pattern you could list in Pattern.  Not having Pattern, I do not know if this is true, but it makes sense.

It might make sense, but it doesn't work. Just keeps changing channels back to Etsy.

no that does not work. when you switch to pattern it takes you away from shop manager to the pattern platform. you can't add listings from there.
