I'm so incredibly frustrated with Etsy. I created a new Etsy shop last month only for it to be suspended within 24 hours. I wanted to take my time and have had a plan that I've spent a lot of time on. Went to sign in the next day only to see the red banner and my heart sank! I cannot stress this enough I received absolutely no email or notice from Etsy whatsoever! Having checked primary and spam/junk folders constantly there's nothing! I appealed only for it to be denied with still no explanation. They have not stated whether it's permanent or temporary. I'm 100% certain I have not violated Etsy policies as my shop is absolutely brand new and I had no active listings besides the random one that I had to create when opening the shop but I immediately deactivated it because like I said I wanted to take my time with what I was going to do. On top of all this I cannot log in to the Etsy forums with the account that I'm writing about. This is an old account, the only one that allowed me to sign in to be able to write this (after several tries of trying to log in for the last few hours) I'm also not able to post this into any other discussion board as the only option that comes up is "Technical issues"
I've since been trying to get into contact with Etsy via email and chat to absolutely no avail! No response to emails not even an automated response and the chat seems to be glitching. After following the appropriate prompts and entering info for the bot it says "let me find you a chat support agent" and that's it. No chat agent responds. I've never experienced any of this with Etsy at all. I'm hesitant to file another appeal if I'm not getting any responses. Having been looking online for weeks, more and more people are experiencing these types of things especially brand new shop accounts. If Etsy needs to verify an account, I understand that but why suspend it with no explanation!? Etsy is worth 7 Billion Dollars. You'd think they'd have a decent verification process like I've seen on so many other websites! I'm more than happy to send photos of identification documents etc.
I'm writing in the hopes a mod or something will see this because it's ridiculous. If anyone has advice that'd be appreciated because I'm so beyond frustrated over all this.

did you eventually fix it, or did you leave it unverified and try to open another shop?
Yes that was sorted, since I'm outside the US I had to wait for my first sale which did happen but I wanted to start a new shop to start fresh and then all the rest unfolded. It was all verified before I opened another shop
Were you ID and bank fully verified by Etsy? All you can do is email them.
For new shop ID was supposedly verified but not a bank account yet because I'm outside the US I have to wait for my first sale which won't happens since my new shop account was suspended within 24 hours of opening it. Emailing them gets me no response
