New Etsy App - adding multiple photos to a listing in one go

Hi, 

I have just started to use the new Etsy app, but I cannot find a way to add multiple photos onto my listing all in one go. In the old app you would go into your photo roll (I always do this step on my mobile) and select say 6 photos all at once, and then upload them. Now it seems you have to do this process for each photo you add, meaning you must go in and add a photo, upload it, and then click on the next space to add a photo and add another one, meaning its taking a lot longer, and it's hard to keep track of which photo I'm up to uploading. I think I must have missed something? Does anyone know how to add multiple photos all at once?

I agree. This is so annoying with the new app. I can't figure out a way to do them all at once either. And then I end up uploading the same one twice or leaving some out altogether because I can't see which is which in the tiny thumbnails.  The best thing about it though is if you want to add a video. That process is easier.

Agreed the new app sux. I have the website logged in on my mobile browser and I can add from there. I do a lot of things from there since the new app doesn’t seem to have as many capabilities as before.

I am also finding it takes way longer to do listings with this app because of the inability to upload multiple photos at once. If it’s something they’ve overlooked, I do hope they fix it soon. I had to use the old app to list everything for my last batch but i’ll be moving to Shopify if It’s still a problem next batch.

I'm intrigued as I've never been able to upload multiple photos on the old app - only ever one by one - as @Safeena says she now does for the new one 'meaning you must go in and add a photo, upload it, and then click on the next space to add a photo and add another one'.  It takes ages to do 10 photos, even though the photos are stored on the same device.

I have the new app and can't add photo's either, it says to contact Etsy technical support!  I can't add single or multiple photos.  Is this a glitch?

SAME problem when trying to add more than one photos at a time on my MacBook Pro - which I have been doing for 12 years, until NOW?  What's up Etsy???  This is way too time consuming and terribly annoying!  HELP us Please!
