The forums are on the app, but it's nearly impossible to find them, it took me forever. Click on More in the bottom right corner of the home page, Go to Support, click on Help Center, scroll down to Manage your shop and click on Marketing & Promotions, Click on The Etsy Community, click on How to use Etsy forums and then click on where you see Etsy Forums underlined. I’ve wondered the same… as have others. I have to wonder if Etsy doesn’t want to draw attention to the forums. So now the forums feel like a secret club. You have to know the special knock or password…

Or just go to the browser on your mobile device and type community.etsy.com in the search bar. That will take you right to the forums without even using the app. Way less clicking.
Skip the app and just use your phone/mobile device browser. Type in community.etsy.com and it will take you straight here to the community site (the teams and forums).
Setting it as a link on your homepage is quickest..1 click. Or scroll down to Help center>type in forums ( eventually it will autofill as a choice when you add an F) then click how to use the forums and click the forums underlined link at the article top. A link on your phone homepage is def. the fastest.
On android, get to the forums once then click the 3 dots at the top right of the screen then click Add to Homepage. Boom..done. No more crawling in the basement window..just a direct door in.
